As soon as possible. Lurdes asks for a minimum of 3-4 weeks notice for a booking request. Any request with less than 3 weeks notice should be discussed with Lurdes and will be considered but not guaranteed.

Yes, a deposit is required. Such fees will be discussed with Lurdes and the accompanist(s).

Additional costs may apply for travel, rehearsal(s), and most definitely for the accompanist(s) (such as pianist or other instrumental collaborators).

Yes, Lurdes will provide a contract identifying terms and agreements, also possibly outlining music repertoire choices agreed upon of the event. This is necessary for Lurdes and the accompanist to perform.

As soon as possible. At minimum a one week notice is necessary. The deposit is non-refundable.
